Joseph Falk brings more than a decade of legal experience to his clients. His practices areas include real estate, land use, employment, family and municipal law as well as estate planning and administration, business law, workers’ compensation and consumer fraud litigation. He proudly represents individuals, businesses, corporations, and government. Mr. Falk is a dedicated client advocate and works to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
His experience as a former real estate agent, coupled with his knowledge of real estate law, allows him to shepherd his client through the multiple steps of property ownership: agent relationship, home inspection, finance realities, and title complexities. Mr. Falk will work to assure that each step in the process is addressed thoroughly, accurately and personably. His expertise in this area makes him a well sought out legal advisor for both commercial and residential transactions, contracts, and litigation.
He is also a qualified Civil Mediator for the New Jersey Courts and has helped guide clients through the process of mediation in hopes of resolving a dispute outside of the court arena. Mr. Falk is an experienced provider of seminars on the home buying process, and has spoken to numerous civic and church groups on Estate / Elder Law Planning.
Mr. Falk has both a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts in Teaching Degree from The College of New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004, and is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Falk is married with two children. He has been a Mercer County resident for over two decades. While his practice is located in Mercer County, he proudly serves the entire state and will gladly travel it to meet with clients and serve their needs.
